Practice Development Projects
‘Practice Based Evidence’ is a strengths-based approach to supporting the development of good practice in all components of a comprehensive mental health system. Contracted projects are listed by community mental health teams, assertive outreach teams, and crisis response teams, the model and processes underpinning the approach are outlined.
These are not training initiatives, but training is a significant component in their implementation. These are not research initiatives, but evaluation is a significant component in their development.
The accompanying evaluation charts document positive trends in the creative capability of each team. This is the quantitative basis of ‘Practice Based Evidence’, while ‘Take a Picture of this’ and ‘The South Camden Report’ detail a narrative background to the work.
