Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Teams

South Camden Crisis Response & Resolution Team

Commenced in 2002 as a development of the inter-team relationships with the South Camden Community Mental Health Teams. Focused primarily through annual team development days, and regular meetings with the Team Leader.

Great Yarmouth and Waveney Home Treatment Team

Commenced in March 2004 with a training workshop on 'the strengths approach and positive risk-taking'. 3-monthly practice development workshops focused on team priorities for developing and supporting good practice.

Waveney Home Treatment Team

From September 2004 the initiative focused on the Waveney Team, as the two sectors split. Input ceased from March 2005.

Newham Home Treatment Team

Commenced in January 2005 with Clinical Risk Management & Practice Development workshops. Practice development support commenced from April 2005 - March 2006.

Redbridge Home Treatment Team

A programme of practice development support one day every 2 months commenced from May 2005. Additional risk training was facilitated in June 2006.

Brent Crisis Team

A programme of 2 days training June/August 2006, followed by 6 days practice development support from Autumn 2006.

Sutton & Merton Home Treatment Team

Two half-day training sessions in July/September 2006, with a programme of practice development support commencing in August 2006.
